The Division of Employment and Training offers four, One Stop-offices where job seekers can obtain refferals to a job, aptitude and interest assessment; resume writing assistance, employment counseling, referrals to training and workshops.

Encore.org is the premier website about encore careers sponsored by Marc Freedman's Civic Ventures.  Freedman is the author of "Encore: Work that Matters in the Second Half of Life" and the founder of Civic Ventures a think tank on boomers, aging and work.  Excellent articles, blog, encore career finder and much more.  

JobsOver50 is a free web-based employment service dedicated to the 50+ job seeker with job openings in healthcare, business, and education, to name a few topics.

Opportunity Knocks is a national online job site focused exclusively on opportunities in the nonprofit community.

RetirementJobs.com connects people 50+ with full-time, part-time and flex-time jobs with age-friendly employers. Some services are free and others require a paid membership.

The Boomer's Guide to Good Work is another great resource from Civic Ventures, Marc Freedman's think tank. This 16-page pamphlet is a step-by-step guide to finding an encore career in fields such as health care, education and elder care.
