The Volunteer Coordinator organizes and oversees the volunteer program, supervises the Assistant Volunteer Coordinator, recruits, trains and retains qualified volunteers and oversees "The Market", our low-cost retail food store in Wilmington. This is a full-time position requiring availability on weekends and evenings. A qualified candidate should be able to lift 50 lbs and have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
